Abstract: System and method for debt-extinguishment includes one or more processors having at least one memory and an interface coupled to the Internet. The one or more processors are configured to store in the at least one memory a plurality of sub-models including at least two of (i) litigation likelihood sub-model; (ii) litigation severity sub-model; (iii) customer-ability-to-pay sub-model; (iv) offer-acceptance sub-model; and (v) next best offer sub-model. The one or more processors are also configured to receive from a debtor computer, through the Internet and said interface, at least one input containing information corresponding to a debt owed to at least one creditor. The one or more processors are further configured to calculate an offer amount, based on (i) a predetermined formula corresponding to said plurality of sub-models and the (ii) input containing information corresponding to a debt owed to at least one creditor.
