  • Publication number: 20160086290
Abstract: A computer implemented method comprising: storing data associated with a project in a data store, associating at least one user with the project using at least one data type and providing a communication tool to enable the user to communicate to another person about the project.

  • Publication number: 20140129585
Abstract: An information management system comprising a data comparison module, a local data storage, a remote data storage, a user interface for requesting information, optionally a communications module and optionally a criterion analyser to analyse one or more criteria and thereby enable creation of one or more suitable templates wherein: the data comparison module enables re-finement of information queries without the need to undertake one or more of rebuilding, re-categorizing or re-indexing the information; the communications module facilitates communication between participants in the system; one or more methodologies may be used to access the information depending on the context; and transfer of information between the remote data storage and local data storage is proactively managed according to one or more criteria.

  • Patent number: 7367626
Abstract: A seat assembly includes a seat and a headrest connected to the seat and movable between a first position and a second position with respect to the seat. The seat assembly also includes a biasing element biasing the headrest toward the second position. A releasable headrest restraining mechanism restrains the headrest in the first position when the seat is unoccupied and releases the headrest to permit movement of the headrest via the biasing element to the second position when the seat is occupied. A method of moving the headrest is also provided.

Date of Patent: May 6, 2008
    Assignee: General Motors Corporation
Inventors: Jennifer P. Lawall, Thomas Bernard Blake
  • Patent number: 7223979
Abstract: An improved radiation dosimeter device in an improved radiation dosimeter system provides a DC analog output voltage that is proportional to the total ionizing dose accumulated as a function of time at the location of the dosimeter in a host spacecraft, so as to operate in a system bus voltage range common to spacecraft systems with the output being compatible with conventional spacecraft analog inputs, while the total dose is measured precisely by continually monitoring the energy deposited in a silicon test mass accumulating charge including charge contribution prior to radiation threshold detection for improved measurement of the total accumulated charge with the dosimeters being daisy-chained and distributed about the spacecraft for providing a spacecraft dose profile about the spacecraft using the improved radiation dosimeter system.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 30, 2006
Date of Patent: May 29, 2007
    Assignee: The Aerospace Corporation

  • Patent number: 5735500
Abstract: A six-way powered seat adjuster slide unit which in a preferred embodiment includes a top rail with first and second ends for mounting a vehicle seat; a bottom rail with first and second ends for supporting the top rail; a floor rail for slidably mounting the bottom rail in a fore and aft position; a first forward powered jack screw unit pivotally connected to the bottom rail and having a rotative shaft, the first jack screw unit having an upper pivotal axis in a position axially fixed with respect to the first end of the top rail; an elevator arm pivotally connected adjacent to the second ends of the top and bottom rails; a second rearward powered jack screw unit with a rotative shaft having a pivotal axis with the bottom rail and the elevator arm; and a motor fixed with the bottom rail allowing a gear to mesh with a portion of the bottom rail for providing selective fore and aft adjustment of the adjuster slide unit.
