  • Patent number: 7364139
Abstract: A carburetor having a throttle valve in the form of a disc which can be rotated to control flow of an air/fuel mixture through a duct, the throttle disc having a heating element and a temperature sensor formed on at least one surface of said throttle disc; and an electric power supply, the electric power supply being controlled by the temperature sensor, to maintain the temperature of the throttle disc above a predetermined minimum temperature.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 21, 2006
Date of Patent: April 29, 2008
    Inventor: Bernard Bollons

  • Patent number: 4988953
Abstract: An amplifier includes a first integrated circuit differential amplifier, the output of the first differential amplifier being fed back to its inverting input, an input is applied to its non-inverting input and second and third differential amplifiers are provided in the positive and negative supply line by which the input signal to the first differential amplifier may be imposed on the positive and negative supplies, so that the input capacitance of the first differential amplifier is effectively zero.

  • Patent number: 4198025
Abstract: A vehicle seat has a seat part mounted on a base part by a suspension which includes a gas spring. Valve means are provided to control the seat ride position by controlling the entry and exit of compressed gas into and out of the gas spring. The difference between the actual ride position and a selected ride position of the seat is sensed, and a control circuit is used actuating the valve means to raise or lower the seat to reduce this difference to zero. In order to prevent seat vibration, such as is caused by passage of a vehicle over rough terrain, from continually causing actuation of the valve means, the control circuit is provided with desensitizing means.
