  • Patent number: 6554245
Abstract: The invention discloses a marking device for a mould having a housing in a wall. The device includes a threaded cylindrical body and a circular head of a diameter about equal to the diameter of the housing. A face of the head opposite to the body includes structure that turns the head and a marking distinct from the structure and independent from the position of the structure. A length of the body and head are less than the length of the housing in the mould in order that the face with the marking lies flush with the internal face of the wall of the mould when the device is in the housing.

  • Patent number: 5790621
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for removing dust from at least one nuclear fuel pellet (7) having undergone a grinding operation, which has left on the pellet surface dust of the material from which said pellet is formed. The process comprises subjecting said surface to the impact of a laser beam (3) having characteristics suitable for bringing about the disincrustation of the dust from said surface, and eliminating from said surface the products resulting from the dust disincrustation. The invention also relates to an apparatus for performing this process.Application to the dust removal from MOX pellets.

  • Patent number: 5299243
Abstract: The invention relates to a glove holder unit for a confinement enclosure. The aim of the invention is to produce a unit making it possible to easily change a protective glove for the hand. This aim is achieved with the aid of a glove holder unit having a sleeve (11), for protecting the arm and the forearm, assembled to a working glove (15), protecting the hand, and placed in an enclosure. The glove holder unit comprises means (49) for locking an assembly means (17) of the glove (15) and the protective sleeve (11). The locking means (49) being mobile between a locked position, in which they maintain the assembly means (17) and the glove (15) outside the enclosure (1) and an unlocked position in which they allow the passage of the glove (15) and its assembly means (17) between the interior and the exterior of the enclosure.
