Abstract: The invention relates to a bobbin carrier 7 for receiving a bobbin 2 which is set up for unwinding a strand material I, wherein the bobbin carrier 7 is provided for use in a braiding, winding or spiralling machine and is set up to rotate relative to the machine during operation of the latter. The bobbin carrier 7 has a tensile-force measuring device 3 for measuring the tensile force of the strand material I unwound from the bobbin 2 and has a first data transfer device 4 for transferring data. According to the invention, the first data transfer device 4 is set up to transfer measured tensile force values to a second data transfer device 5 arranged outside the bobbin carrier. As a result, too low or too high tensile forces in the strand material I can be detected early at the individual bobbin carriers 7.

Notifications may be transmitted to the tenant door stations and/or devices. A tenant may respond to the notification to initiate a video intercom session. Communications may be routed through a cloud server for recording of communication content and/or activity logging.

Abstract: A method for producing an exhaust-gas aftertreatment device inserts a monolith in a housing, assembled from a circumferentially enclosed jacket and two end funnels. The monolith is axially inserted into the jacket with a circumferentially enclosing support mat. The funnels are connected to the jacket via an axial connecting section shaped complementary to the cross-section of the jacket, such that each connecting section and an axial end section of the support mat axially overlap. The jacket, including the connecting sections of the funnels are reduced from a starting cross-section to an end cross-section. This produces a predetermined radial preload in the support mat in a support area extending from the one connecting section to the other connecting section to retain the monolith in the jacket.

Abstract: A carrier plate has test areas for the assessment of a selective soldering process. The carrier plate has different zones, which are provided with peripheral borders. The zones are not wettable with solder, while the peripheral borders are wettable. If a selective soldering head is brought up to the reference areas, then, as long as there is no deficiency in quality, the respective peripheral border must be just wetted with solder, whereby an assessment of the selective soldering process is possible. The test plate advantageously makes a simple optical evaluation possible, for example by visual inspection.

The at least one tie breaker may be connected to at least one of the control units.
