  • Patent number: 7748081
Abstract: The invention has as its object an adjustable hinge, comprising at least one pivotable hinge plate provided with at least one through-opening, and comprising at least one alignment washer provided with at least one through-opening, which through-openings are provided for penetration by assembly means for mounting the hinge, wherein the alignment washer and hinge plate are adjustable relative to each other in the plane of the hinge plate, and wherein the alignment washer and/or hinge plate is provided with at least one protruding sharp-edged annular collar and/or a multitude of pointed raised areas having a higher degree of hardness than the mating surfaces contacting it of the other component cooperating with it, namely the alignment washer or the hinge plate. The advantage is that the alignment washer can be adjusted as desired, i.e., also rotated, relative to the hinge plate, and fixed in form-fitting engagement.

  • Publication number: 20060273503
Abstract: The invention relates to a clamping lever with a vertically adjustable thrust bearing for the execution of a clamping movement on a tensioning device, preferably on a tensioning device with an eccentric tension lever which is pivoted on a set bolt by means of a penetrating cross bolt, wherein thrust bearing associated to a clamping contour of the clamping lever is constructed vertically adjustable. The solution of the problem of the present invention is characterized in that the cross bolt is held secure from torsion in a cross hole of the set bolt and that the tension lever exhibits a pivoting angle limit to the set bolt.

  • Publication number: 20020008187
Abstract: The invention is directed to a moveable machine foot providing a sealing function between a threaded spindle and a corresponding support plate of the machine foot. Bacteria can be trapped between these two elements, in particular when liquids come in contact with the threaded spindle, drip downwardly and come close to the gap, since these liquids can then fill the gap, with residual contamination being formed in the adjustment range between the threaded spindle and the support plate located next to the floor. It is therefore an object of the invention to prevent the incursion of liquids between these two elements.

  • Patent number: 5586852
Abstract: There is described a spring-loaded press pin comprising a pin which passes through a guide sleeve and in the process is slidable against a resilient force, and a stud mounted at the upper end of the pin. Radially between the guide sleeve and the stud is provided an axially extending recess which receives a compression spring. In one embodiment, the stud can be latched by raising and turning it in the raised position.

  • Patent number: 4765023
Abstract: Disclosed is a safety handle for turning a hand control wheel. The handle is engaged by exerting constant axial pressure on the handle in a swung-out position, which enables the hand control wheel to be turned. Upon release of the handle, it automatically swings back to the retracted position into the hand control wheel. The handle is locked in the wheel-turning position by way of a shoulder/detent engagement.
