  • Patent number: 11746954
Abstract: An assembly unit as a structural component for a lubricant pump, the assembly unit having a base plate, at least one pump element housing fixedly attached to the base plate with a pump element powered by a linear motion inserted therein, and further having an eccentric fixing to enable assembling an eccentric arrangement provided with a circumferential eccentric in a fixed relative position to the pump element inserted into the pump element housing.

  • Patent number: 11608831
Abstract: A lubricant pump for conveying lubricant from a lubricant reservoir to a pump outlet includes a pump housing with a longitudinal axis. The pump housing has a receiving opening for a pump unit, a lubricant inlet opening and a lubricant outlet opening opening into the receiving opening, a pump drive, and a pump unit with a reciprocatingly movable delivery piston. The pump unit has a suction opening, which corresponds with the lubricant outlet opening when the pump unit is inserted into the receiving opening, and an outlet opening for lubricant. A coupling mechanism for driving the at least one pump unit includes an eccentric element which is rotatable about the longitudinal axis, a drive-side coupling section connected to the eccentric element, and a pump-side coupling section. The drive-side coupling section and the pump-side coupling section can be connected to one another automatically via a resilient latching connection.

  • Patent number: 11572980
Abstract: A sectional lubricant distributor for distributing lubricant to at least one lubrication point, including a distributor body having an inlet opening for lubricant which is fluidically connected to at least one outlet passage, which opens into an outlet opening of the distributor body, a rotary valve is rotatably mounted in the distributor body and is adjustable between an open position of the rotary valve, in which the outlet passage is open in order to allow lubricant to pass through to the outlet opening, and a closed position of the rotary valve, in which the outlet passage is closed, an electromotive drive which is coupled to a control gear, including a control gearwheel having a control toothing section engageable with a toothing of the rotary valve to move the rotary valve between the open position and the closed position. Further, a method for distributing lubricant to at least one lubrication point.

  • Patent number: 11522476
Abstract: A method for controlling a DC pump motor, preferably a brushed DC motor for pumping lubricant, which motor is controlled by a pulse-width modulated (PWM) control signal, wherein current parameters are acquired in an acquisition step and a duty cycle (D) of the PWM control signal (SPWM) is adapted and/or changed on the basis of the detected parameters in an adaptation step, wherein the acquisition of current parameters comprises at least the acquisition of a current input voltage (UB).
