  • Patent number: 11922948
Abstract: Implementations of the subject technology provide systems and methods for multi-mode voice triggering for audio devices. An audio device may store multiple voice recognition models, each trained to detect a single corresponding trigger phrase. So that the audio device can detect a specific one of the multiple trigger phrases without consuming the processing and/or power resources to run a voice recognition model that can differentiate between different trigger phrases, the audio device pre-loads a selected one of the voice recognition models for an expected trigger phrase into a processor of the audio device. The audio device may select the one of the voice recognition models for the expected trigger phrase based on a type of a companion device that is communicatively coupled to the audio device.

  • Patent number: 11421638
Abstract: An injector for injecting fuel including an injector housing, a movable nozzle needle with a nozzle needle tip arranged in the injector housing, and a nozzle needle seat for receiving the nozzle needle tip. A contact pairing of the nozzle needle and the nozzle needle seat here represents a mechanical switch that adopts a closed state upon contact of the nozzle needle tip with the nozzle needle seat and an open state upon interruption of the contact. Provision is additionally made that the injector has an input line and an output line for controlling movement of the nozzle needle, the switch has a first connector connected to the input line and a second connector connected to the injector housing, and a resistor connected between the first connector of the switch and the input line.

  • Publication number: 20050259722
Abstract: A wireless clock system is disclosed. The system includes a primary clock device and at least one secondary clock device, where the secondary clock device is an analog clock, a digital clock, or a signal device. The primary clock device is adapted to wirelessly receive a reference time signal and wirelessly broadcast a master time signal based upon the reference signal to the secondary clock device. The secondary clock device wirelessly receives the signal and updates its displayed time accordingly. The secondary clock device can include a controller adapted to translate the wirelessly received signal into an alternate format recognized by a secondary clock device movement to synchronize the secondary clock device movement to the nearest second.
