    Abstract: A base plate and a back plate are pivotally connected by hinge members which snap-fit together. A brace plate is pivotally connected to the back plate and is disposed in angular relation thereto in its operative position. A grocery bag may be seated on the upper surface of the base plate, while the lower surface of the base plate is ribbed to prevent the plate from slipping. The back plate holds the grocery bags in an upright position, and the brace plate prevents the back plate from breaking or bending beyond a 90 degree angle.
