  • Publication number: 20230154599
Abstract: A system and method for identifying optimal appointment times of patients is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request from one or more electronic devices associated with a scheduler, receiving one or more inputs associated with the patient from an ERR system based on the received request, and obtaining a clinic configuration input from a statistically optimized DOW template. Further, the method includes determining one or more time slots for the patient profile of the patient, generating an optimal rank corresponding to each of the determined one or more time slots, and generating one or more recommendations for each of the determined one or more time slots. Furthermore, the method includes outputting the one or more time slots for the treatment date in accordance with their optimal rank and the one or more recommendations on user interface screen of the one or more electronic devices associated with the scheduler.

  • Publication number: 20180247718
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel way of assisting a patient in choosing the optimum emergency/urgent healthcare provider in an efficient way. It provides mechanisms to obtain critical pieces of information such as patient wait times, number of patients in a waiting room, patient symptom(s), patient's preferred health network, quality measures of a healthcare provider such a patient feedback, travel time from the patient location to the healthcare provider facility etc. and combine them to rank the healthcare providers.

  • Patent number: 9661509
Abstract: Mobility states are defined in order to prevent excess signaling overhead and to conserve power on a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) in a wireless network. The WTRU may determine that is operating in a low mobility state based on triggers related to the frequency of movement of the WTRU between network cells. The WTRU may change cells less frequently in a low or no mobility state than in a normal mobility state. Upon determining that the WTRU is in the low or no mobility state, the WTRU may configure mobility procedures associated with the low or no mobility state in order to conserve power and other network resources. The WTRU may coordinate its mobility state with the network.
