Abstract: Disclosed is a set of heat insulating containers comprising one mug with two open ends and at least one closure covering at least one of said ends, whereas said closure is a cup or a lid or an extender cup, which either threads or pry on said mug, which may hold canned or bottled beverage secured by a hold down ring and whereas said mug and closures are heat insulating by either a solid body or by vacuum held between a double wall food grade stainless steel sheet metal structure. Said cup may hold dry food, such as snack or pastry. Said mug may hold coffee, beer, soda, milk or other drink, hot or cold. The set is useful in camping, car, kitchen, office and other places where some food and drink is consumed at times.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method, which consists of advertising on consumer goods packaging, whereas said advertisement is unrelated to the content of said packaging, and whereas the advertiser pays for the advertisement placement on said packaging, at the extent which, as a minimum, covers the cost of said packaging. Packaged merchandise carried by shippers or customers are seen by many in public for sufficient time and extent to validate renting visible surfaces of packages, advertising one thing and containing another, without confusing anyone. To a store keeper, at least the packaging can be free this way.

Abstract: Disclosed is high mobility outdoor barbeque grill apparatus having one or two lids opening sideway, so upon opening the lid(s), smoked won't get into the eyes of the cook or his/her friends, who may stand on the other side of the grill. The proposed novel grill is height adjustable, via foldable scissor underframe and its handle bars are lockable in upright or down ward position, so when stored in a garage, it requires only a small space. Its large wheels allow for grass and sand negotiation without sinking deep. The lid is preferably transparent, so the cook may not need to open the lid frequently. The proposed grill is also built with rigid, non-collapsible frame.

Abstract: Disclosed is four new financing methods, one of which involves financing of a set portion, say 50%, of a mortgage secured by junior lien on the property for say 10 years, and offering the option to mortgagee of buying out the lender once a year, say by any year ends, for the repayment of the loan plus say 1% of the property fair value, whereas mortgagee and lender may form a joint venture, in which lender may buy life insurance on the mortgagee, to clear obligations, should mortgagee pass away, in which case the lender, as sole beneficiary receives the policy benefit. The other three, are novel modifications of the same, yielding to novel financing methods, all aiming to help distressed property owners to keep their property in hardship.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electrical hand held and battery operated searchlight torch, having means to shine at least part of its emitted light away from a single direction and thereby shining light at least more than one direction forward. One configuration comprises directional reflector heads switchable individually. Another configuration comprises flexible light guides, which may be collimated forward or let spread light diffuse. Searching with such novel searchlight in darkness can be safer than with state-of-art single directional torches, for projecting light on where one is stepping and let monitor the surrounding at least in a dim haze of light, without the need to bounce light away from the target at times, just to see the surrounding as well.
