    Abstract: Disclosed is a manufacturing method for an embedded structure. The method includes: preparing a temporary carrier board; preparing a second circuit layer on at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the temporary carrier board, and preparing a first dielectric layer to cover the second circuit layer; patterning and curing the first dielectric layer to form a cavity, mounting a device in the cavity, and performing hot-curing, wherein a surface of the device provided with a terminal faces an opening of the cavity; and preparing a second dielectric layer, wherein the device is embedded in the second dielectric layer, and a surface of the second dielectric layer is higher than a surface of the terminal by a preset value.

The voltage conversion system includes a switching arrangement having a plurality of switch pairs configured to supply a converted voltage to a load. The switch capacitor circuit and the switching arrangement are interfaced to produce a unified circuit.

The inverter circuit includes: a capacitor coupled in parallel across a direct current (DC) voltage source; a bridge circuit having three legs electrically connected in parallel with the voltage source and each other, such that each leg of the bridge circuit being comprised of two switches coupled in series with each other; a low pass filter electrically connected between the bridge circuit and a load; an auxiliary inductor having a first terminal electrically connected to one leg of the bridge circuit and a second terminal electrically connected to another leg of the bridge circuit and the load; and a controller that drives the switches of the bridge circuit in a manner that maintains instantaneous power transfer across the bridge circuit constant.

    Abstract: A maximally efficient vertical axis wind turbine (MEVAWT) includes a rotatable circular frame having upper and lower concentric flat rings or disks which support a plurality of, typically three, four, five or six, pivotable cascades, each including a plurality of fixed, configurable airfoils. The airfoils preferably include a single, pivotable trailing flap and may include lateral extensions. The center and periphery of the lower ring are supported in suitable bearings to facilitate free rotation of the frame. Wind direction and velocity sensors provide data utilized to control drive mechanisms which orient each cascade and the flap of each airfoil to maximize the resultant power produced by the turbine.
