  • Publication number: 20220112674
Abstract: A side panel assembly configured for attachment to a snow plow is disclosed. The side panel assembly comprises a main frame configured to be removably mounted to the snow plow, a main panel connected to the main frame through a vertical hinge, and a bottom panel. The main panel is movable about the vertical hinge between an extended position and a retracted position. The bottom panel is connected to the main panel through a horizontal hinge on a bottom edge of the main panel.

  • Patent number: 5252915
Abstract: In order to determine the occurrence of a stator fault in an induction motor during operation of the motor, the axial leakage flux is monitored during operation of the motor. The occurrence of a stator fault is detected by observing a change in selected harmonic components of the axial leakage. The angular position of the fault with respect to a datum position is determined by noting and recording changes in the axial leakage flux at a plurality of positions distributed symmetrically around the axis of the motor and computing the angular position by triangulation. The axial leakage flux is detected by individual search coils located at said plurality of positions.

  • Patent number: 5019760
Abstract: A method for continuously determining the consumed insulation life of an electrical winding in a rotating machine is described incorporating the steps of selecting constants based on the class of insulation material and rotating machine power rating, measuring the temperature of the insulation over time, determining the consumed life of the insulation for consecutive periods of time and summing the consumed life. The invention overcomes the problem of determining consumed life of electrical insulation.
