    Abstract: A full-face shaft tunnel boring machine system includes a tunnel boring machine cutterhead device for tunneling downwards in a shaft; a full-hydraulic formwork device for supporting and walling in a wellbore; and an upper muck-discharge system for vertically conveying rock mucks generated by tunneling. The tunnel boring machine cutterhead device comprises a vertical guide frame, a cutter-expanded boring head and an advanced cutterhead that are fixedly connected in a vertical order from top to bottom so as to form an integrated structure. The vertical guide frame is a hollow cylindrical structure and driven to rotate around an axis of the vertical guide frame by a power mechanism, and an outer wall of the vertical guide frame is provided with multiple sets of first guide rollers.

A sensorless motor assembly is also disclosed.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a quantum dot ink, a color filter film, a display device and a color filter film preparation method, the quantum dot ink comprises quantum dots, siloxane and an acrylate compound, the quantum dot ink contains 1-50 wt % of the quantum dots, 5-50 wt % of the siloxane, and 10-90 wt % of the acrylate compound, wherein the siloxane is used to generate polysiloxane microspheres. When the siloxane is subjected to a reaction, so as to form the polysiloxane microspheres, which may reflect light that is not absorbed in the quantum dots such that the reflected light is re-absorbed in the quantum dots, so as to increase the amount of light absorbed by the quantum dots, thereby improving the light-emitting brightness of a color film prepared and formed in the quantum dot ink, effectively enhancing low utilization of excitation light, and improving a display effect of a display device.

    Abstract: A method of DNA base-calling from a nanochannel DNA sequencer. The method includes building a reference map and preparing an unknown sequence of DNA prior to the final step of data matching. The reference map includes a series of reference characters, such as numbers, that describe the change in tunneling current of a DNA strand with a known sequence. A DNA strand of unknown sequence is prepared so that the change in electrical measurement can also be described numerically. The section of match between the DNA strand of unknown sequence and the reference map is used to determine the sequence of the DNA strand.
