Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a seat cover assembly of a baby stroller including a seat cover, a support structure and a pivot portion. The support structure is disposed in the seat cover and includes a first plate member and a second plate member that are movably connected. A seam is formed between the first plate member and the second plate member, and a width of the seam is less than a sum of a thickness of the first plate member and a thickness of the second plate member. The pivot portion is opposite the seam and close to a surface of the first plate member and a surface of the second plate member.

Abstract: An apparatus for encoding and decoding video receives a request to decode a current video frame. The apparatus determines whether encoding is within a threshold for a previous video frame. Additionally, the apparatus waits for the encoding to start if the encoding is within the threshold. Further, the apparatus provides a signal to begin encoding the current video frame. Also, the apparatus submits a decode workload to a graphics processor unit (GPU) for the current video frame. The apparatus additionally submits, in parallel with submitting the decode workload to the GPU, an encode workload to the GPU for the previous video frame.

Abstract: Techniques for audio understanding using fixed language models are provided. In one aspect, a system for performing audio understanding tasks includes: a fixed text embedder for, on receipt of a prompt sequence having (e.g., from 0-10) demonstrations of an audio understanding task followed by a new question, converting the prompt sequence into text embeddings; a pretrained audio encoder for converting the prompt sequence into audio embeddings; and a fixed autoregressive language model for answering the new question using the text embeddings and the audio embeddings. A method for performing audio understanding tasks is also provided.

Abstract: Technologies for a flexible three-dimensional power plane in a chassis are disclosed. In one embodiment, a flexible ribbon cable is laid along a circuit board tray. The flexible ribbon cable is secured to the tray using power bosses. The power bosses connect to one or more conductors on the ribbon cable. When the circuit board is mounted on the circuit board tray, the power bosses extend through holes in the circuit board and mate with power clips on the surface of the circuit board tray. The ribbon cable, power bosses, and power clips can distribute power to various locations on the circuit board, without requiring large traces that take up space on the circuit board.

Abstract: A child crib includes a frame body, a corner component, a cloth component and a covering member. The cloth component at least partially covers the frame body. The corner component is connected to a handrail and a post of the frame body and exposed out of the cloth component. A first ring-shaped opening structure and a second ring-shaped opening structure are respectively formed by a first side and a second side of a covering body of the covering member. When the first side of the covering body is connected to a first side of the cloth component, by positioning the second side of the covering body on a second side of the cloth component, the first side and the second side of the cloth component are respectively enclosed by the first ring-shaped opening structure and the second ring-shaped opening structure, and the covering member covers the corner component.

Specifically, the method includes: firstly, the first client creates a first virtual room and sets a target capturing effect for the first virtual room; then, the second client acquires a first video added with the target capturing effect after receiving a notification message that a current user has successfully joined the first virtual room, and uploads the first video to the first virtual room. Abstract: A dishwasher water channel, which is integrated in a base of a dishwasher, is disclosed. The dishwasher water channel has a water distribution chamber, a flow guidance channel, and a spray arm. The flow guidance channel has one end communicating with the water distribution chamber and the other end communicating with the spray arm. The flow guidance channel extends from an outer wall of the water distribution chamber toward a rear end of the base and communicates with the spray arm at the rear end of the base. A spray arm seat is provided between the spray arm and the flow guidance channel and penetrates the base. The spray arm is connected to a top of the spray arm seat and located above the base to spray water out of the spray arm seat, and the flow guidance channel is connected to a bottom of the spray arm seat and located below the base.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for fine-grained referring expression comprehension is provided. The computer-implemented method includes receiving, at a processor, a textual expression and an image as inputs and executing, at the processor, fine-grained referring expression comprehension. The executing includes decomposing the textual expression into different textual modules, extracting visual regional proposals from the image, using language-guided graph neural networks to mine fine-grained object relations from the visual regional proposals and aggregating different matching similarities between the different textual modules and the fine-grained object relations.
