Abstract: An abdominal exerciser which is characterized in that the moveable mechanism has a main shaft end portion mounted with a leg-hooking module and the top face of the end of the main shaft is a seat pad, and the two lateral walls of the main shaft corresponding to the middle section of the seat pad is extended with a hollow inner clutching member. The end face of the hollow clutching member corresponding to one lateral side of the leg-hooking module is extended with an extended engaging block. The interior of the inner clutching member is provided with a rod for pivotal mounting. The top portion of the two ends of the first supporting frame is formed into a first clutching member which corresponds to the rod. A twisting module is also formed in the abdominal exerciser to permit both rocking seesaw motion and twisting motion.

Abstract: An exercise apparatus to exercise and strengthen the user's arms, shoulders and chest by performing pushups which combine raising and lowering the user's body through raising and lowering the user's arms while the user is in a face down horizontal position with the present invention exercise device used to simulate an up and down pumping action to cause the user to have his/her arms spread apart to make the pushups more difficult while providing a central chest support to facilitate the exercise.

Abstract: An exerciser includes a base, a post extending upright from the base, a lever pivoted to and extending transversely from the post, a resistance providing member interconnecting the base and the lever, an upper pulley mounted rotatably on a free end of the lever, a lower pulley mounted rotatably on the base, and a string fixed to the base, extending upwardly from the base and over the upper pulley, and downwardly from the upper pulley and over the lower pulley so as to permit rotation of the lever when the string is pulled away from the lower pulley.

Abstract: A golf club swing training apparatus is used in perfecting a golf club swing. A vertically adjustable frame supports, in an upright position, a head positioning device and a swing arm. The head positioning device and the swing arm are each enabled for vertical position adjustment. The swing arm further provides a handgrip enabled for pivotal and rotational positioning. The frame further supports a resisting force producing device engaged with the swing arm and enabling a selectable swing biasing resistance force. A user-supporting platform provides visual foot locating means.
