  • Patent number: 9488201
Abstract: A process of forming a cushioned clamp in accordance with aspects of the present disclosure includes configuring a single-ply of woven fiberglass into a longitudinal tube to form a single-ply fiberglass sleeving, coating the single-ply fiberglass sleeving with an aluminum paint, subjecting the coated single-ply fiberglass sleeving to a warming medium, while pliable due to the warming medium, cutting the sleeving into discreet, individual pieces configured for forming a sleeve, folding a first cut end in on itself and pulling the first cut end toward a center of the sleeve to form a first rolled end, and folding a second cut end in on itself and pulling the second cut end toward a center of the sleeve to form a second rolled end, and slidably mounting the sleeve onto a bare metal clamp to form the cushioned clamp.

  • Patent number: 9036898
Abstract: High-quality passive performance capture using anchor frames derives in part from a robust tracking algorithm. Tracking is performed in image space and uses an integrated result to propagate a single reference mesh to performances represented in the image space. Image-space tracking is computed for each camera in multi-camera setups. Thus, multiple hypotheses can be propagated forward in time. If one flow computation develops inaccuracies, the others can compensate. This yields results superior to mesh-based tracking techniques because image data typically contains much more detail, facilitating more accurate tracking. Moreover, the problem of error propagation due to inaccurate tracking in image space can be dealt with in the same domain in which it occurs. Therefore, there is less complication of distortion due to parameterization, a technique used frequently in mesh processing algorithms.

  • Patent number: 8282048
Abstract: A side-locking clamp that includes a lower band and an upper band is provided. The lower band includes an arcuate body with a hinge portion disposed at a proximal end, and an extension with a mounting hole and a locking tab disposed at a distal end. The upper band includes an arcuate body with a hinge portion, disposed at a proximal end, to engage the lower band hinge portion and form a hinge about which the upper band rotates from an open position to a closed position, and an extension with a mounting hole and a locking tab, disposed at a distal end, to slidingly engage the lower band locking tab and lock the clamp when the upper band is disposed in the closed position.
