    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for adding a decorative accessory to a hanging light fixture are provided. The accessory comprises at least a first part and a second part of a decorative accessory. The at least the first part and the second part are configured for placement together around a hanging support member of a hanging light fixture without having to thread the hanging support member through the decorative accessory. At least one attachment mechanism is configured to secure the first part and the second part together around the hanging support member.
