  • Patent number: 10180145
Abstract: A fan salt-fog-resistant structure and a fan frame thereof. The fan salt-fog-resistant structure includes a base seat having a bearing cup and at least one flow guide body. Multiple connection bodies outward extend from the base seat. The flow guide body is disposed at a junction between the base seat and the connection bodies. The fan frame includes a main body having a first open side and a second open side and a flow passage defined therebetween. One end of the connection body is connected with the second open side. When airflow entraining moisture and salt fog flows through the junction between the base seat and the connection bodies, the flow guide body serves to guide the airflow and prevent the airflow from forming eddy, whereby the salt fog entrained by the airflow will not crystallize to form sediments at the junction between the base seat and the connection bodies.

  • Publication number: 20180306207
Abstract: A fan structure includes a frame body and a fan impeller. The frame body has a base seat and an annular wall. A bearing cup upward extends from a center of the base seat. At least one groove is annularly formed on inner wall face of the annular wall. The fan impeller is pivotally disposed in the bearing cup and has a hub and multiple blades outward extending from the hub. Each blade has an end edge. At least one protrusion section outward protrudes from the end edge into the groove. According to the design of the fan structure, the protrusion section can destroy the production of the vortex of the blade of the conventional fan so as to greatly minify the strength of the vortex. Therefore, the structure of the sound field of the vortex is changed so that the noise of the fan structure is lowered.

  • Publication number: 20180156234
Abstract: A fan frame body structure and a fan with the fan frame body. The fan frame body structure includes a first fan frame body, a second fan frame body and a connection member. The connection member has a first opening and a second opening. The first and second openings are nonparallel to each other. The first and second fan frame bodies are respectively disposed at the first and second openings. The first and second fan frame bodies are inclined from each other. The first and second fan frame bodies are serially connected in a nonparallel form. Therefore, in the system, due to the resistance of the structure with such configuration, the audio frequency dipole structure is destructed so that the periodical noise and vibration characteristic are lowered.

  • Publication number: 20180135650
Abstract: A fan frame body with bypass structure and a fan thereof. The fan includes a first fan, a second fan and a bypass structure. The second fan has a second frame body correspondingly serially connected with a first frame body of the first fan, whereby a first flow way of the first frame body communicates with a second flow way of the second frame body. The bypass structure is disposed in the first flow way or the second flow way. The bypass structure defines a bypass flow way on a circumference of the first flow way or the second flow way. By means of the bypass structure, without increasing the size of the fan and without increasing the consumed power of the fan, the air volume of the fan can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20180054917
Abstract: A heat dissipation system with air sensation function includes a chassis, multiple fans, multiple air sensation units and an external control device connected to the fans. The chassis has an installation face for installing the fans thereon. The air sensation units are respectively disposed on the fans for detecting the air state of the corresponding fans to generate an air sensation signal. The external control device serves to receive the air sensation signal transmitted from the air sensation units and compare the data contained in the air sensation signal with preset data so as to control/adjust the rotational speed of the corresponding fans. Accordingly, a uniform airflow flows out of the fans to effectively lower the noise.
