  • Publication number: 20240125969
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for experimentally determining a critical sand-carrying gas velocity of a shale gas well. The method includes: collecting well structure and production data, calculating parameter ranges of a gas flow velocity and a liquid flow velocity; carrying out a physical simulation experiment of sand carrying in the shale gas well to obtain the sand holding capacity of the wellbore under different experimental conditions, and calculating a sand holding rate; by observing a change curve of the sand holding rate of the wellbore vs. the gas flow velocity, defining a turning point, and sensitively analyzing the influence of other experimental variables on the turning point, to calculate the critical sand-carrying production of the shale gas well under different conditions. Therefore, this calculation method is simple and applicable, and provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of water drainage and gas production process.

  • Patent number: 11164001
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure disclose a method for automatically annotating a target object in images. In one embodiment, the method comprises: obtaining an image training sample including a plurality of images, wherein each image of the plurality of images is obtained by photographing a same target object, and the adjacent images share one or more same environmental feature points; using one of the plurality of images as a reference image to determine a reference coordinate system, and create a three-dimensional space model based on the three-dimensional reference coordinate system; determining the position information of the target object in the three-dimensional reference coordinate system upon the three-dimensional space model being moved to the position of the target object in the reference image; and mapping the three-dimensional space model to image planes of each image, respectively, based on respective camera pose information determined based on environmental feature points in each image.

  • Patent number: 10767450
Abstract: A sand control screen for heavy oil thermal recovery, including: a core base pipe having a plurality of base-pipe holes distributed on a pipe body thereof; a filtering sleeve sleeved on the core base pipe and arranged with respect to the base pipe holes; and a non-welded support disk mounted on the core base pipe and fastening the filter sleeve to the core base pipe by means of a wedge insertion locking and sealing structure. The invention solves the problems in the prior art in which sand control screen has a poor reliability in a high-temperature condition of a thermal production well, resulting in potential safety risks of down hole sand control operation of the screens. In addition, the sand control screen of the present invention has a long service life, thus improving cost effectiveness of oil wells.

  • Patent number: 9745809
Abstract: A liner hanger top packer comprising a body and, an adjusting sleeve, a retaining apparatus, a base-sealing apparatus, a base-hanging apparatus and a locking mechanism sleeved sequentially from top to bottom on the body. The locking mechanism is arranged between the base-sealing apparatus and the base-hanging apparatus. The locking mechanism comprises a locking ball sleeve, a ball socket, and a steel ball. As the lower part of the liner hanger top packer is met with friction, the arrangement of the steel ball restricts relative axial movements between an upper gauge ring of the base-sealing apparatus, the locking ball sleeve, and an upper conical body of the base-hanging apparatus, the friction transmitted to the upper conical body is not transmitted to a lower gauge ring of the base-sealing apparatus, is transmitted to the upper gauge ring via the steel ball, and is transmitted to the adjusting ring via the retaining apparatus.
