It looks like a vanity with a built-in laundry machine and could be installed in any bathroom, kitchen or any utility room, mobile home, RV or even a boat having standard provision for sink connection. It could replace any existing standard sink giving customer an additional laundry capability.

Abstract: A stairs assistance device is provided for assisting persons attempting to ascend or descend a staircase. The device is configured to be mounted on an existing staircase handrail and includes, inter alia, a handgrip and a drive member for advancing the device upwardly or downwardly along the handrail.

Abstract: A mobility device is provided for converting a manually powered wheel chair or stationary chair to a powered mobile chair. The mobility device includes a housing, a pair of independently and/or simultaneously operable reversible motors, and a pair of drive members. The drive members may be in the form of frictional contact members for driving the rear wheels of a wheel chair or drive wheels for supporting and driving a stationary chair. A control device can be provided to control operation of the drive motors, and thus, movement of the stationary or wheel chair. The mobility device may include one or more rechargeable batteries which may be supported internally or externally of the housing.

The system engages the ground to prevent rearward movement of a wheelchair and is disengaged when the wheelchair is occupied. The braking and anti-tipping system comprises a pivotable member which is pivotably supported between portions of a wheelchair frame assembly, a pair of arms each of which is fastened to the pivotable member, an abutment member which is supported on upper ends of arms, and a biasing member which is secured between the wheelchair frame assembly and wheelchair brake system.

A convection heating assembly is included disposed remote from the heating element and having a receptacle removably supported within the cavity of the chamber. The appliance may include a housing. In an alternate embodiment, a rotisserie appliance is disclosed having a spit assembly disposed within the cooking chamber for relative rotation thereto and support of food articles. The appliance may also include a control unit.

Abstract: A rotisserie cooking apparatus is provided that includes a housing defining a cavity. A heating element apparatus is positioned within the housing for heating food articles. A detachable cooking rack is configured for support of the food articles and has at least a portion thereof being movably disposed within the cavity such that the food articles are movable relative to the heating element apparatus. The housing may include a grease tray configured for collection of a portion of the food articles. The grease tray may be configured for boiling a substance such that the substance cooks at least a portion of the food articles. The cooking apparatus may include a control unit operatively coupled to the heating element apparatus for controlling operation thereof. The control unit includes a display mounted to an outer surface of the housing. The detachable cooking rack can be supported by the housing for rotational movement such that at least a portion of the detachable cooking rack rotates through the cavity.

Abstract: A beverage brewing device is provided which includes a conventional brewing assembly, and a cooling assembly for brewing a hot beverage and then dispensing the beverage as a hot beverage or diverting it to the cooling system to dispense it as a cold beverage. A switching assembly is provided to permit the user to selectively choose between a hot beverage and cold beverage. The device also provides a novel cooling cartridge which permits the introduction of hot liquid and results in the dispensing of cold liquid from the cold cartridge.
