    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for extracting various features from data having spatial coordinates. Based on a few known data points in a point cloud, other data points can be interpolated for a given parameter using probabilistic methods, thereby generating a greater number of data points. Using the greater number of data points, a Boolean function, related in part to the given parameter, can be used to extract more detailed features. Based on the Boolean values, a shape of a body having the characteristic(s) defined by the Boolean function can be constructed in a layered manner. The extraction of the features may be carried out automatically by a computing device.
