Abstract: The present invention provides a cross-contamination prevention wipe, comprising a cleaning layer having fibers which collect and trap contaminants and a barrier layer which prevents transmission of the contaminants from the cleaning layer and through the barrier layer, wherein the barrier layer is directly bonded to the cleaning layer.

Abstract: Wipe dispensers are provided. In one aspect, a wipe dispenser includes a housing and a handle coupled to the housing. The housing defines a cavity that includes a liquid cavity portion adapted to receive liquid therein and a wipe cavity portion adapted to receive wipes therein. In another aspect, a wipe dispenser includes a housing including a first housing portion and a second housing portion with the first housing portion movable relative to the second housing portion. The housing defines a cavity therein. The wipe dispenser also includes a wall and a biasing member. The wall is positioned in the cavity and adapted to separate the cavity into a liquid cavity portion and a wipe cavity portion, and the biasing member is positioned between the first housing portion and the second housing portion. The biasing member is adapted to bias the first housing portion away from the second housing portion.

Abstract: A hydrogen peroxide point of use wetted wiper system includes a packaging with a first, a second, and a third compartment, wherein the separate compartments are mergable. Wipers are disposed in the third compartment. Disposed in the second compartment is dry urea hydrogen peroxide, isolated from the wipers. Disposed in the first compartment is a solvent, wherein the solvent is isolated from the wipers and the urea hydrogen peroxide. The first and second compartments can merge to form a unified compartment such that the solvent is combined with the urea hydrogen peroxide at a point of use to form liquid 6% hydrogen peroxide solution. The unified compartment then merges with the third compartment such that the liquid hydrogen peroxide wets the wipers. The liquid hydrogen peroxide concentration and amount is proportional to the wiper absorptive capacity, number, size, and degree of desired saturation.

The base member has a projecting securing elements disposed on opposing sides of the upper surface. At least one resilient clip is associated with securing element. A pivot joint has a first receiving portion for mounting to the base member to define a first pivot axis. The pivot joint has a second receiving portion distinct from the first receiving portion and includes an engagement member received in the second receiving portion to defining a second pivot axis spaced from and perpendicular to the first pivot axis. The engagement member includes a coupling portion to mount to a handle. The pivot joint is mounted to the base member for pivoting the base member relative to the pivot joint about two axes. The associated wiper is secured to the base member, positioned on the lower surface of the base member, wrapped around the base member and over the securing elements.
