    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to uplink control channel transmissions with user multiplexing and reference signal transmissions are provided. A first wireless communication device obtains an uplink control channel multiplex configuration. The first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device, a grant indicating a plurality of resource blocks spaced apart from each other by at least one other resource block in a shared radio frequency band, the plurality of resource blocks scheduled for multiple wireless communication devices based on the uplink control channel multiplex configuration. The first wireless communication device communicates, with the second wireless communication device, a first uplink control channel signal in one or more of the plurality of resource blocks based on the uplink control channel multiplex configuration.

The UE may transmit, to the network node, a secondary cell (SCell) sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission based at least in part on a carrier switching from a PCell to an SCell, wherein the TPC adjustment value associated with the PCell uplink transmission is applied to the SCell SRS transmission based at least in part on a condition being satisfied.     Abstract: A UE may calculate an allocation of a transmission power for a first uplink transmission on a first uplink channel and at least one second uplink transmission on at least one second uplink channel, the transmission power being allocated in each symbol of a plurality of symbols in a slot. The UE may detect a transmission power change in the allocation of the transmission power in the slot for at least one of the first uplink transmission or the at least one second uplink transmission. The UE may determine whether to adjust the allocation of the transmission power for the at least one of the first uplink transmission or the at least one second uplink transmission to eliminate the transmission power change in the slot for the at least one of the first uplink transmission or the at least one second uplink transmission.
