    Abstract: A manual pump spray bottle, comprising a rotating coupling near the top of the container, thereby allowing a suction tube to swing about the entire perimeter of the bottle, is herein disclosed. The coupling provides a means such that no matter how the bottle is held, the tube is always at the lowest part and immersed in the liquid contents. The radius of the container bottom corresponds to that of the swing of the suction tube.
