  • Patent number: 11952986
Abstract: A fluid end for use with a power end. The fluid end comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned adjacent one another. Each section includes a single horizontally positioned bore. A plunger is installed within the bore and includes a fluid passageway. Low-pressure fluid enters the bore through the plunger and high-pressure fluid exits the fluid end through an outlet valve installed within the bore. The intake of low-pressure fluid within the fluid end section is regulated by an inlet valve installed within the plunger. Low-pressure fluid enters the plunger through an inlet component attached to both the plunger and an inlet manifold.

  • Publication number: 20240058713
Abstract: An interactive toy system is shown and described. The toy system includes a double walled flask adapted to be connected to a base forming an internal space capable of holding an object or a figurine. When an empty space between the double walls is filled with an opaque fluid, it gives the player the impression that the whole flask is filled with such fluid. The toy system includes a smoke generating system, light emitting LEDs and a speaker. During the controlled play process, ingredients are added to an isolated fluid chamber on top of the flask. The operation and the special effects from the smoke, the sound, the light, and the phenomenon in the fluid chamber gives the impression that the creature is being created inside the opaque flask. When the process is concluded and the fluid in the flask is drained, the figurine inside the flask is revealed.

  • Patent number: 11878822
Abstract: A filler head apparatus 20 for hygienically filling and emptying containers 22 through a fitment 24 incorporated with the container 22 includes a cylindrical outer housing 30 for receiving a hollow bore inner cylinder 32 which is actuated to simultaneously reciprocate and rotate about a central axis 33 within the outer housing. A transfer tube assembly 34 is mounted to the inner cylinder 32 to travel with the inner cylinder between an extended position engaged with the fitment 24 and a retracted position disengage from the fitment. When the transfer tube assembly is engaged with the fitment, flowable content or product may be transferred to or from the container 22.

  • Publication number: 20230365282
Abstract: An HPP system uses large polymer based bags (20) to increase the amount of food product or other flowable product that can fit into a HPP carrier (22). Each bag 20 has a filling fitment (24), to which a flow valve (26) can be attached. The bag (20) is inserted into the carrier (22) and then the fitment (24) is manually or automatically connected to a flow valve (26). Next, the product is pumped into the bag (20) through a hose or pipe (30) which is attached to the flow valve. Thereafter, the flow valve (26) is removed and the fitment closed, and then carrier (22) together with the bag is inserted into the HPP press for high pressure processing of the product. After the HPP process, the flow valve is used to un-fill the treated product from the bag (20).

  • Patent number: 11808452
Abstract: Provided are embodiments of a gas valve for an intermittent pilot ignition system. The gas valve includes features designed to address the buildup of negative pressure in a fuel line connected to the gas valve that could cause internal valve diaphragms to open, drawing fuel from the gas valve. In embodiments, the gas valve includes a system of check valves designed to seal off the gas valve when a negative pressure develops. In other embodiments, the gas valve includes a relief valve having a relief port so that air is able to enter the valve proximate to the inlet port so as to avoid building a negative pressure sufficient to open the diaphragms. In both cases, the valve remains primed with fuel for subsequent ignition. The gas valve is envisioned to be useful for a variety of pilot operated systems.

  • Patent number: 11408516
Abstract: A regulator valve has an anti-seize feature when in the hard stop position. The valve is providing with a biasing force away from the hard stop position when in the hard stop position sufficient to prevent seizure of the drive screw in the hard stop position. This biasing force may be provided by a resilient member and/or a plastic, instead of a metal, adjusting screw which may provide sufficient resiliency to prevent seizing in the hard stop position. A resilient member could be a washer such as a spring washer, a wave washer, or even a compressible flat.
