  • Patent number: 11999939
Abstract: A predictive model is described that can predict parameter concentrations in the future based on initial, measured concentrations and historical data. A plurality of multivariate techniques can be used to construct the predictive model capable of forecasting concentrations over multiple and diverse cell lines. The predictive model is also scalable. • Publication number: 20240163334
Abstract: Techniques for redirecting a client device from a server to a mini-server are disclosed herein. Initially, the client device establishes a connection with the server. The server provides a landing page to the client device, where the landing page is programmed to include an element that, when selected, redirects the client device away from its connection with the server. In response to a selection of the element, the client device establishes a connection with the mini-server. The mini-server is part of a first local area network (LAN), and, as a result of switching networks, the client device is now a part of a second LAN. The two LANs are connected to one another via a network bridge. The mini-server is able to receive input from the client device and synchronize that input across other mini-servers in the first LAN in order to redundantly store the input.

  • Patent number: 11976562
Abstract: A system for controlling blade clearances within a gas turbine engine includes a rotor disk and a rotor blade coupled to the rotor disk. Additionally, the system includes an outer turbine component positioned outward of the rotor blade such that a clearance is defined between the rotor blade and the outer turbine component. Furthermore, the system includes a heat exchanger configured to receive a flow of cooling air bled from the gas turbine engine and transfer heat from the received flow of the cooling air to a flow of coolant to generate cooled cooling air. Moreover, the system includes a valve configured to control the flow of the coolant to the heat exchanger. In this respect, the cooled cooling air is supplied to at least one of the rotor disk or the rotor blade to adjust the clearance between the rotor blade and the outer turbine component.

  • Patent number: 11962503
Abstract: An edge synchronization platform that facilitates mesh network routing via dynamic routing tables is disclosed. A node in the mesh network obtains a network communication. The node performs a wrapping operation on the network communication to generate a wrapped data packet. The wrapped data packet includes a destination indicator. The node identifies a recipient node for the wrapped data packet using a dynamic routing table. The node then sends the wrapped data packet to the recipient node.

  • Patent number: 11960446
Abstract: The described technology is directed towards sending metadata related to a video to a client device, such as events that describe a portion of that video, such as in a hidden stream. In one or more implementations, the enhanced metadata comprises nodes used to build part of a relationship graph. This allows interested clients to switch between the feature playback and interacting with the metadata. Further, searches through the enhanced metadata may be performed to find matching video portions, and summaries or highlights of one or more videos may be assembled by accessing information in the enhanced metadata.

  • Patent number: 11907508
Abstract: Content creation techniques are described that leverage content analytics to provide insight and guidance as part of content creation. To do so, content features are extracted by a content analytics system from a plurality of content and used by the content analytics system as a basis to generate a content dataset. Event data is also collected by the content analytics system from an event data source. Event data describes user interaction with respective items of content, including subsequent activities in both online and physical environments. The event data is then used to generate an event dataset. An analytics user interface is then generated by the content analytics system using the content dataset and the event dataset and is usable to guide subsequent content creation and editing.

  • Patent number: 11568955
Abstract: A process and system for efficiently producing reference data that can be fed into a predictive model for predicting quality attribute concentrations in cell culture processes. A perfusion bioreactor is operated at pseudo-steady-state conditions and one or more attribute influencing parameters are manipulated and changed over time. As the one or more attribute influencing parameters are manipulated, one or more quality attributes are monitored and measured. In one embodiment, multiple quality attributes are monitored and measured in parallel. The quality attribute information is recorded in conjunction with the changes in the attribute influencing parameters. This information is then fed to the predictive model for propagating cell cultures in commercial processes and maintaining the cell cultures within desired preset limits.

  • Publication number: 20220403316
Abstract: A process and system for producing an inoculum for downstream cell production is disclosed. The inoculum is produced in a perfusion bioreactor in which the nutrient media feed is increased as the biomass concentration increases within the bioreactor. A biomass sensor can be used to periodically or continuously monitor biomass concentration. This information can be fed to a controller for automatically increasing nutrient media feed rates in a manner that is directly proportional to producing an inoculum with an increase cell density. The process and system can also include an automated subsystem for maintaining constant volume levels within the perfusion bioreactor during the process.
