  • Publication number: 20230280839
Abstract: A controller is capable of controlling an asset or target in physical and/or virtual three-dimensional space using a single hand by generating control inputs in four or more degrees of freedom while also limiting cross-coupling (unintended motions). The controller includes a first control member is configured to be gripped in a user's single, second control member is disposed on or near a top end of the first member movable with at least one degree of freedom independently of the movement of the first control member, and a third control member positioned on the first member for displacement by one or more digits of the user's single hand and coupled with the second member to move in opposition to movement of the second control member.

  • Publication number: 20220110577
Abstract: A guiding sheath has a hemostatic valve and a central lumen into which a diagnostic or treatment catheter can be introduced and guided into a patient. The hemostatic valve also includes an electrically conducting element or proximity sensing element on its proximal end that interacts with a second electrically conducting element or proximity sensing element on a proximal end of the diagnostic or treatment catheter that can be passed through the central lumen of the guiding sheath and into the patient's heart. The interaction between the two electrically conducting elements or proximity sensing elements enables the location of the distal end of the diagnostic or treatment catheter in the patient's heart without the need for irradiating the patient.

  • Publication number: 20210073848
Abstract: A method for providing an offer to a potential recipient is provided. The method includes obtaining first information, such as demographic information and/or shopping history information, that relates to the potential recipient; assigning a respective value to each of a plurality of first parameters based on the first information; assigning a respective value to each of a plurality of second parameters based on second information that relates to the offer; determining a composite score based on the assigned first parameter values and the assigned second parameter values; and determining, based on the composite score, whether to provide the offer to the potential recipient.

  • Patent number: 10500079
Abstract: An endoluminal prosthesis assembly includes a delivery system having an introduction end, an operator end, and a stent graft retention region. An endoluminal prosthesis is disposed at the stent graft retention region. The prosthesis comprises a tubular body, an inner lumen extending between proximal and distal ends of the tubular body, at least one fenestration disposed in a sidewall of the body, and an internal branch at least partially formed with the sidewall of the body and disposed in parallel alignment with the prosthesis. A guide wire having a first end and a second end is pre-loaded with the prosthesis in the delivery system. At least a portion of the guide wire is disposed within the internal branch and the inner lumen of tubular body of the prosthesis prior to delivery of the prosthesis and during delivery and deployment of the prosthesis.
