Abstract: A sheer rod attachment comprises a telescopic rod, a first attachment, and a second attachment. The first attachment and the second attachment are attached to the telescopic rod from each end. The telescopic rod comprises a middle rod, a first rod, and a second rod. The first rod and the second are traversed within the middle rod, and the first rod and the second rod telescope out from the middle rod. A magnet is positioned within the middle rod so that the first rod and the second rod can be attached when the sheer rod attachment is not in used. A plurality of holes is positioned along the middle rod which equalizes the inside and outside air pressure when the first rod and the second rod is either extended or retracted.
