    Abstract: A frame assembly for a modular window assembly for an opening in a structure comprises a main structural frame defining an electrical enclosure and being mountable to the structure, a removable exterior frame mountable to the main structural frame and defining an angled lip for water runoff, the removable exterior frame being configured to secure an outer glass pane of a set of glass panes of the modular window assembly, an insulating feature between the main structural frame and the removable exterior frame and configured to prevent thermal conduction therebetween, and at least one vapor neutralizer between the main structural frame and the removable exterior frame and configured to prevent moisture from accumulating within the modular window assembly. One primary benefit of this modular window assembly is the ability to swap out some or all of the set of glass panes and replace them with new glass technology as developed.

    Abstract: A stroller includes a latching mechanism for a foldable frame that is remotely actuated through a sliding actuator on an upper frame member of the stroller frame. The sliding actuator is attached via a wire to pins which can be selectively placed in or out of engagement with a notch defined on a surface associated with the lower front frame member. A seat assembly on the stroller includes a seat back which is pivotably attached to the adjacent seat portions to allow the seat back to be folded when the stroller is folded. A canopy with dual extendable visors is removably attachable to the seat assembly. The canopy can be moved pivotably to a fully forward, fully backward, or any intermediate position, and the dual extendable visors on either end thereof can be selectively retracted or extended so as to achieve the desired amount of blocking of the sun and elements as well as to provide the desired ventilation.

An auxiliary storage assembly is attached to the housing for retaining an article on the housing externally of the primary insulated compartment. The auxiliary storage assembly includes a ledge and a retainer whereby the article abuts the ledge and is retained against the housing by the retainer. A secondary storage assembly is attached to the outside surface of the housing externally of the primary insulated compartment. The secondary storage assembly is formed of a flexible material to secure the contents yet provide access when necessary. An article retention assembly is attached to an outside surface of the housing. The retention assembly includes a generally elastic panel portion attached to an exterior surface of the housing with at least one edge thereof defining an opening for receiving articles therethrough.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a novel foldable softwalled cooler for preventing temperature change of heated or cooled items placed therein. The structure generally includes flexible walls having an insulating material therein and a bottom connected to the walls forming a cavity between the walls and the bottom. The inside surface of the walls and the bottom are covered by a water resistant material that is heat sealed at seams so as to prevent leakage at the seams. A panel is provided within the cavity and is likewise covered in a water resistant material. The water resistant material of the panel is heat sealed at the area of connection to the water resistant material of the walls and bottom at a position between the front wall and the bottom.

    Abstract: An infant stroller with a conventional frame which can be collapsed by releasing a latch mechanism mounted on a central portion of the frame. The handle arms of the frame terminate in a handle assembly which includes a handle bar portion designed for two-handed operation and a handle grip designed for one-handed operation of the stroller. The handle grip is provided at an ergonomically comfortable angle in the range of 60 degrees from horizontal. A console tray is provided in the vicinity of the handle assembly for the operator to conveniently store various sundry items. The console tray supports a back edge of a canopy on the infant stroller. The canopy includes a canopy frame and a sunshade depending therefrom which is supported by a separate sunshade frame.
