Publication number: 20230186734Abstract: Techniques are provided for an electronic skill based platform. In an embodiment, a gaming platform may receive a predetermined sale price for a product/service from a merchant. The gaming platform may determine a prices for each electronic entry to participate in a skill based game where skill is the predominant factor and chance is not the predominant factor. The gaming platform may generate the skill based game for each participant that purchases an electronic entry. The skill based game may be generated utilizing a clustering technique to determine a skill level for each participant. The gaming platform may determine a score for each participant based on participation in the skill based games. The gaming platform ay determine a winner, wherein the winning participant wins the product/service for a cost that is equal to a selected number of the plurality of electronic entries purchased by the winning participant.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 14, 2022Publication date: June 15, 2023Inventors: Jason Krupat, Bret Siarkowski, Steve Curran, Jake Curran

Publication number: 20210244835Abstract: A light-coupling cap can sterilize targets including connectors and other devices such as catheters with Luer fittings conforming to ISO 594 or ISO 80369 standards. The cap can be disposable. A light-coupling cap can reversibly attach to a connector of a target, creating a physical seal and barrier between the inside of the connector and the outside environment while at the same time transmitting light into the connector. A sterilizer can be connected to the end cap while the end cap is connected to the target. The sterilizer can include a UV light emitter that emits UV light through the end cap into the target. The light-coupling end cap sterilization system can be self-healing by measuring internal performance indicators and adjusting its operation in response to them. The light-coupling end cap sterilization system can provide to the user an indication of the amount of light dosage applied to the target.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2021Publication date: August 12, 2021Inventors: Adam Push, Bret Siarkowski

Publication number: 20140222453Abstract: A system and methods for dynamically matching sponsors with vendors in connection with a request for proposal (“RFP”) are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the system provides a central computing system and a database server containing data related to each of the sponsor, the vendors, and the RFP. The sponsor is able to create the RFP and provide an associated confidential disclosure agreement (“CDA”). The database server is searched for vendors that the sponsor would potentially find suitable and compiles said vendors in a matched vendors list. The sponsor is able to review the matched vendors list and decide which should receive the RFP. Each contacted vendor must accept the CDA before gaining access to the RFP. If interested, each contacted vendor must complete an electronic proposal form, at which point the sponsor is able to review the completed forms and select one of the matched vendors.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 7, 2014Publication date: August 7, 2014Applicant: BIOFFICIENT, INC.Inventors: Karen Wills, Bret Siarkowski, Miguel Bautista

Patent number: 7958470Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for performing false path analysis. In one approach, the methods and systems identify a set of zero or more false paths based upon both implementation-specific design data and non-implementation-specific design data. In some approaches, disclosed are methods and systems for performing automated gate-level static timing false path analysis, identification, constraint generation, and/or verification using architectural information. Static timing paths at the gate-level can be linked to the architectural information via mapping techniques found in equivalence checking (EC). The gate level static timing paths can be analyzed in the context of the architectural information to identify false paths.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2007Date of Patent: June 7, 2011Assignee: Cadence Design Systems, Inc.Inventor: Bret Siarkowski
