  • Patent number: 11933099
Abstract: An gate adapted for field assembly includes an upright and a stiffener slidably received within the upright. A horizontal member communicates with the upright and has a leg that is received between a leg of the stiffener and a leg of the upright for providing a tight assembly and for providing multiple adjacent layers for receiving a fastener. An end of the horizontal member may be separated from an inside surface an upright by a gap for permitting drainage. A spacer receiving groove may be provided for receiving a spacer for occupying a selected amount of a space between the first leg and the second leg for accommodating infill of a desired size. The stiffener may define an enclosing panel having an outside surface for providing a stop to infill and for defining an enclosed area for hiding screws and accessory internals.

  • Publication number: 20230287705
Abstract: A fence assembly that permits assembly a series of main posts and secondary members for constructing a fence having a desired shape and functionality. The main post has a front and rear connector for receiving a secondary member such as a cap, a corner member, an angle member, or a gate member. The main post may define a filler receptacle for receiving infill. The main post or secondary members may define a channel for serving as a screw guide or for receiving an accessory. In use, fence installation includes installing a main post in the ground and slidably engaging a secondary member with the main post. Infill may be located within a filler receptacle defined by the main post. Additional secondary members and/or main posts may be slidably affixed together to allow a user to assemble main posts and secondary members for constructing a fence in a desired configuration.

  • Patent number: 10808419
Abstract: A fence panel and method of assembly. The fence panel includes end brackets that are affixed to panel facing sides of fence uprights. A top rail and a base rail span between the uprights. Panel and spacer members are secured between the top and base rails. The fence panel construction method includes constructing lengths of fence by first installing uprights in the ground, then affixing the base rail to the uprights. A magnetic strip spans between the uprights. Spacers and panels are supported by the base rail and by the magnetic strip. After placement of the spacers and panels, a top rail is positioned between the uprights and adjacent to upper ends of the spacers and panels, thereby securing the spacers and panels between the top rail and the base rail to form a fence panel.

  • Publication number: 20150041743
Abstract: A fence panel and method of assembly. The fence panel includes end brackets that are affixed to panel facing sides of fence uprights. A top rail and a base rail span between the uprights. Panel and spacer members are secured between the top and base rails. The fence panel construction method allows a single person to easily construct lengths of fence by first installing uprights in the ground, then affixing the base rail to the uprights.
