  • Patent number: 11947610
Abstract: The system provides a method and apparatus for sorting and displaying information from a BBS. The system provides a method of sorting and presenting messages from a BBS in a way so that the relationship in message threads can be easily observed and related messages can be identified. The system provides a way to view messages and map message threads in two and three dimensions so that the content of messages can be easily reviewed and the relationship between messages can be seen and followed. The system allows a user to enter into a message thread at any point and to then produce a visualization of the related threads and messages associated with each individual message. The system provides interfaces for either a linear or threaded BBS or even a hybrid BBS that is some combination of linear and threaded.

  • Patent number: 11699114
Abstract: Examples provide a system and method for managing non-notifying customer orders for pickup. An order manager component identifies orders received from customers that typically do not provide advance notification prior to arrival at an order pickup location. A prioritization component assigns a priority to each order based on a per-customer confidence level. Customers providing notification and new customers receive the highest priority. Non-notifying customers having consistent pickup times associated with a threshold minimum number of previous orders receive a second highest priority. Non-notifying customers having inconsistent pickup arrival times and/or fewer than the threshold number of previous orders receive lower priority. A routing schedule is generated for pre-staging the orders based on the assigned priorities, pre-staging area capacity, and/or bot capacity. Totes are moved to the prestaging area based on instructions provided in the routing schedule.

  • Patent number: 11035841
Abstract: A method of monitoring a protective fluid of a wellbore tool includes flowing, by a sensor or a fluid moving device secured to a wellbore tool disposed at a downhole location within a wellbore, a portion of a protective fluid of the wellbore tool through a body of the sensor. The portion of the protective fluid is exposed to the body of the sensor responsive to the flowing. The protective fluid degrades over time responsive to the wellbore tool performing operations in the wellbore. The method also includes, in response to the protective fluid being exposed to the body of the sensor, determining, at least in part by the sensor, a degradation level of the protective fluid. The method also includes transmitting, by the sensor or a device communicatively coupled to the sensor, the determined degradation level to a surface of the wellbore.

  • Patent number: 10968914
Abstract: A method for providing artificial lift with an electric submersible pump system includes providing an electric submersible pump system having a motor, a pump assembly, a seal assembly, and a shaft assembly extending along a central axis from the motor to the pump assembly. The pump assembly includes two or more pump sections and a coupling with a transmission mechanism is located between the two or more pump sections. The motor rotates a motor shaft segment of the shaft assembly that is in engagement with a first pump section and starts the first pump section. One of the transmission mechanisms is moved from a disengaged position to an engaged position where the coupling conveys the rotation of the motor shaft segment to the adjacent shaft segment and starts another of the two or more pump sections.
