The data collector collects a cycle of monitored data from each of the sources of monitored data and persistently stores each of the cycles of monitored data in a separate monitored data package. The data collector provides the monitored data packages to the associated monitored data recipients in a manner that is asynchronous to the collection of the monitored data.
