Publication number: 20240009504Abstract: A folding exercise rack system which may be both adjusted with respect to a wall and adjusted between a folded position for storage and an extended position for use. The folding exercise rack system generally includes an exercise rack that is both adjustable with respect to the wall and foldable between extended and retracted positions. The exercise rack generally includes a pair of inner support members which are adjustably connected to the wall, and a pair of outer support members which are adjustable between an extended position and a retracted (e.g., folded) position. In the extended position, the outer support members are distally spaced away from the inner support members and wall. In the retracted position, the outer support members are positioned adjacent to the wall.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 22, 2023Publication date: January 11, 2024Inventors: Garrett A. Iverson, Jeremy K. Warzecka, Brian B. Brasch, Erik S. Hopperstad, Alexander M. Johnson

Patent number: 11865402Abstract: A retractable wall mounted weightlifting bench system for that is extended outwardly from the wall when in use and retracted towards the wall when not in use. The retractable wall mounted weightlifting bench system generally includes a mounting bracket adapted to be attached to a wall, a bench pivotally connected to the mounting bracket that has an extended position and a retracted position, a first support member pivotally attached to the bench and a second support member pivotally attached to the bench. The first surface of the bench is horizontal or inclined when in the extended position to be used as a weightlifting bench. The first surface of the bench is in a substantially vertical position when in the retracted position for compact storage of the bench near the wall.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 2023Date of Patent: January 9, 2024Assignee: PRx Performance, LLCInventors: Brian B. Publication number: 20230400388Abstract: A tire defect detection system for detecting defects in a tire. The system includes at least one infrared camera, a pneumatic source and a computing device. The pneumatic source inflates the tire to a predetermined pressure. After inflation, the infrared camera captures a reference frame of a section of the tire. A period of time after capturing the reference frame, the infrared camera captures a subsequent frame. The subsequent frame is compared to the reference frame to detect a portion of the section of the tire that has a lower temperature. The lower temperature is caused by an escape of air from the tire through a defect. The escaping air cools the area of the tire around the defect, so a decrease in temperature indicates the defect.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 16, 2023Publication date: December 14, 2023Inventors: Gary William Box, Brian B. Brasch, Anthony S. Rike

Publication number: 20230321513Abstract: A shelf assembly may include a shelf top configured to support one or more stored articles (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), and at least one shelf bracket configured to be coupled to the shelf top and to a wall to securely position the shelf top relative to the wall. In some embodiments, the shelf bracket may be coupled to the wall in different ways so that in a first use position, the shelf top extends horizontally relative to the wall, and in a second use position, the shelf top is positioned in a downwardly sloped position relative to the wall. In further embodiments, the shelf bracket may be adjustable to enable the shelf top to be positioned over a range of desired positions.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 7, 2023Publication date: October 12, 2023Inventors: Brian B. Brasch, Alexander M. Johnson, Spencer R. Sweeney, Garrett A. Iverson

Patent number: 11771945Abstract: An inclinable bench system for exercise that is attachable to a wall with a mounting bracket, is extendable outwardly from the wall when in use, and is retractable towards the wall when not in use. The inclinable bench generally includes a torso portion and a seat portion on a support segment, latches for selectively latching the bench to the support segment in a first position with the torso and seat portions parallel for extension and retraction, latches for latching the bench in a plurality of selected second positions with the torso and seat portions inclined, and latch operators for operating the latches for the bench to move between the first and second positions. The seat portion is movably supported on a two-level rail and as the bench is moved between the first and second positions the seat portion is automatically inclined.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2023Date of Patent: October 3, 2023Assignee: PRx Performance, LLCInventors: Brian B Brasch, Brandon V. Patent number: 11738251Abstract: An exercise rack enclosure system for providing an exercise rack which is concealable within an enclosure. The exercise rack enclosure system generally includes an enclosure including an interior space. An exercise rack is pivotably connected to the enclosure within the interior space. The exercise rack is adjustable between a collapsed position, in which the exercise rack is completely positioned within the interior space of the enclosure, and an extended position, in which the exercise rack extends out of the interior space of the enclosure for use. The enclosure may optionally include one or more doors for concealing the interior space and exercise rack when not in use. Various attachments may be stored in the enclosure and removably connected to the exercise rack for performing a wide range of exercise moves.Type: GrantFiled: March 3, 2023Date of Patent: August 29, 2023Assignee: PRx Performance, LLCInventors: Brian B. Publication number: 20230218970Abstract: A folding exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The folding exercise rack generally includes a plurality of extension members pivotably connected to wall-connected mounting brackets. Upright support members connected to the extension members support a barbell and exercise bar. The exercise rack is pivotable from an extended exercise position into a plurality of selectable compact storage positions substantially parallel with and closely adjacent to the wall. The mounting brackets include a plurality of selectable connection points to determine how much space is present between the wall and exercise rack in the storage positions. One connection point allows a retractable exercise bench to be stored in the space between the wall and exercise rack. Mechanisms are provided for locking the exercise rack in a plurality of selected positions.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 13, 2023Publication date: July 13, 2023Inventors: Brian B. Brasch, Brandon V.
