  • Patent number: 11959787
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses associated with flow sensing devices are provided. An example flow sensing device may include a sensing element disposed at least partially within the housing, and a plurality of channels disposed within the housing defining a flow path configured to convey a flowing media through the flow sensing device, wherein the flow path is disposed proximate the sensing element such that at least a portion of the flowing media makes direct contact with the sensing element.

  • Patent number: 11220353
Abstract: A method of fabricating a composite structure is presented. The method comprises laying up a plurality of composite plies over a layup mandrel; positioning a first caul plate and a second caul plate over the plurality of composite plies, leaving composite material exposed; removing at least part of the composite material exposed between the first caul plate and the second caul plate to separate a first composite section from a second composite section; curing the first composite section and the second composite section to form a first composite part and a second composite part; and removing the first composite part and the second composite part from the layup mandrel immediately following curing.

  • Patent number: 7753717
Abstract: A method and system for terminating a cable into a plug using a plug assembly system. Wires of the cable are exposed and dressed on to a shield. A plug body is placed over the shield. The wires are fed into wire insertion holes of the plug body. A contact holding member is placed on the plug body. A crimping tool crimps the contacts in the contact holding member through the plug body into and through the wires to achieve mechanical and electrical connection between the wires and the contacts. A cover may be used to cover the plug body, shield and wires. A crimp ferrule may be used to crimp the wires to the shield.

  • Patent number: 6015189
Abstract: The present assembly relates to a link assembly for a chair. The assembly includes a frame link for connecting to a frame of the chair and a back support link for connecting to a back support of the chair. The frame link and the back support link are pivotably connected in order to facilitate displacement of the back support according to movement of a back frame of the chair. An adjustable pivot point is located on one of the links for selectively adjusting the extent of displacement of the back support relative to the back frame.

  • Patent number: 5320412
Abstract: The present assembly relates to a wheel chair having a base frame, a seat frame and a back frame, and a control device for rotating the back frame relative to the seat frame. The back frame includes a back support to receive a trunk portion of a user, the back support being displaceable by another control device relative to the back frame. A control unit communicates with the control devices for rotating and for displacing, the control unit being adjustable to vary the displacement of the back support according to the rotation of the back frame to minimize shear forces between the user's trunk and the back support.
