Abstract: Provided herein are odor containment bags useful for containing odorous materials. An odor containment bag comprises an envelope having an opening, wherein the envelope wall comprises a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer. The first and second layers are each a layer of activated charcoal cloth. The third layer is a non-porous material. The bag further comprises a closure mechanism for closing the envelope about the opening.
