  • Publication number: 20180308052
Abstract: A system that includes an interactive mobile computing device and a remote dispatch computing system. The remote dispatch computing system defines geozones for pick-up and delivery locations of perishable bulk materials. The remote dispatch computing system determines a series of multiple deliveries and assigns them to a plurality of users. The interactive mobile computing device of a user determines if it is in either of the geozones and performs various actions accordingly, including requesting manifest information for the series of deliveries, modifying a user interface to present to the manifest information to the user, generating modified manifest information, and transmitting the modified manifest information to the remote dispatch computing system. In response, the remote dispatch computing system modifies scheduled event times for at least one of the series of deliveries, which includes preventing at least one subsequent delivery of the bulk material to a given amount of time.
