  • Patent number: 10930076
Abstract: Systems and methods for matching content elements to surfaces in a spatially organized 3D environment. The method includes receiving content, identifying one or more elements in the content, determining one or more surfaces, matching the one or more elements to the one or more surfaces, and displaying the one or more elements as virtual content onto the one or more surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20190377487
Abstract: Systems and methods for displaying a group of virtual objects and a scrollbar in a virtual, augmented, or mixed reality environment are disclosed. The group of virtual objects can be scrolled, and a virtual control panel can be displayed indicating objects that are upcoming in the scroll. The scrollbar can provide real-time feedback that can give the user an indication of the point from which the scrolling started, the point at which the scrolling currently has reached, an amount of the group of virtual objects that are displayed to the user relative to the total amount of the group of virtual objects, or a relative position of the currently-viewable virtual objects relative to the entire group of virtual objects.

  • Patent number: 8996996
Abstract: Systems and methods for previewing edited video. In general, in one implementation, a method includes generating a video sequence from a plurality of video segments, identifying an inability to output at least one video segment in the video sequence in substantially real time; and adjusting an output level associated with the at least one video segment to enable the at least one video segment to be output in substantially real time. The output level may include a video quality or a frame rate.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: March 31, 2015
    Assignee: Apple Inc.

  • Publication number: 20140115470
Abstract: Computer-implemented methods, computer-readable media, and computer systems implemented to provide user interfaces for audio editing. An item of digital multimedia content that includes video content and audio content that is synchronized with the video content is displayed in a user interface. The audio content includes audio from multiple audio components. Multiple audio objects, each representing an audio component of the multiple audio components, are displayed in the user interface. In response to detecting an input to an audio object, at least one feature of an audio component that the audio object represents is modified while maintaining a synchronization of the video and audio contents.
