Abstract: A paper SAM pack with SAM inside and without refrigerant fluid inside, wherein an envelope of the paper SAM pack includes a paper component. A cold pack cooling system including an entrance for accepting refrigerant packs into the system, a conveyor for moving the refrigerant through the system, and a selector for selecting whether to send a cold pack which has passed through the system back to the entrance. An accumulator for cold packs in a cold pack cooling system wherein the accumulator is configured to sense when the accumulator is full of cold packs. Related apparatus and methods are also described.

Abstract: A pack with Super Absorbent Material (SAM) inside and without refrigerant fluid inside. A system for dispensing a cold pack including a filling unit for taking in a waterproof SAM pack with SAM inside and without refrigerant fluid inside and adding refrigerant fluid to an inside of the SAM pack, producing a refrigerant pack. Apparatus for producing a cold pack including a SAM source, a source of refrigerant fluid, a bag filler for filling a bag with a mixture of SAM and refrigerant fluid, producing a refrigerant pack, and a cooler for cooling the refrigerant pack, thereby producing a cold pack. Related apparatus and methods are also described.

Abstract: A pump apparatus for transporting at least one fluid, comprising a shaft, wherein the shaft has a longitudinal axis; a motor, wherein the motor is adapted to rotate the shaft about the longitudinal axis; and, a plurality of gerotors, wherein the gerotors are attached to the shaft along the longitudinal axis and wherein the shaft rotation actuates the plurality of gerotors rotation, causing pumping of the at least one fluid.

Abstract: A chemical injection system, comprising: a drive mechanism; a housing removably attached to the drive mechanism; at least one chemical inlet located on the housing; and, a valve spool located within the housing and provided with at least one chemical pass-through port, wherein the drive mechanism rotates the valve spool to align the chemical pass-through port with the chemical inlet.

Abstract: A packing material production and bagging apparatus, comprising: a production and bagging section; a base; at least one sensor, configured to sense data regarding operation of the apparatus; and, a controller in communication with the at least one sensor programmed to automatically adapt operation of the apparatus in response to data received from the at least one sensor.
