  • Patent number: 10881971
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a rotatable play device that comprises a central support post, a hub rotatably mounted to an upper end of the central support post, and an arm assembly attached to the hub and comprising a plurality of arms, a seat being suspended from the distal end of each of the plurality of arms. Rotation of the hub about the central support post causes the plurality of seats to rotate around the central support post in a substantially circular rotation path. Each of the seats may also be configured to move up and down by way of a spring assembly or a plurality of springs. Two or more seats may share the up-and-down movement in an alternating manner or each seat may be configured to have an independent up-and-down movement. In addition, each of the seats may optionally be configured to swing in substantial alignment with the circular rotation path and/or to swing outward due to centripetal forces created by the circular rotation path.

  • Patent number: 10837580
Abstract: Refrigerant hoses include a permeation inhibiting layer, wherein the permeation inhibiting layer is formed of mixture based upon a polyether-ester block copolymer, a polyamide-polyether block copolymer, or a blend thereof. A tie layer surrounds the permeation inhibiting layer, and the tie layer is based on a butyl rubber. A reinforcing layer surrounds the tie layer, and a cover layer is disposed adjacent the reinforcing layer. In some cases, an innermost rubber tube is disposed inwardly adjacent the permeation inhibiting layer, and the innermost rubber tube is comprised of rubbery polymer. The refrigerant hoses may further include a second tie layer surrounding the reinforcing layer, and a second spiral reinforcing layer disposed between the cover layer and the second tie layer. Furthermore, the hoses may have a permeation rate of not greater than 0.0020 g/cm/day of R-1234yf refrigerant.

  • Patent number: 10609741
Abstract: A disclosed wireless tunneling system tunnels communications between two processing apparatuses through a wireless link, while maintaining compliance of the communications between the two processing apparatuses with a wired communication protocol. In one embodiment, the wireless tunneling system includes two wireless tunneling apparatuses that communicate with each other through the wireless link. A local wireless tunneling apparatus is coupled to a local processing apparatus through a wired connection and a remote wireless tunneling apparatus is coupled to the remote processing apparatus through another wired connection. • Patent number: 10394968
Abstract: A method is disclosed to model a part in the context of one or more assembly states. This method stores references of one or more states of one or more assemblies that a user wants to model a part against, and allows the user to reference surrounding parts from references of assembly states in one or more parametric features. Each reference of assembly with other necessary data is stored in a user object called a context. The assembly can be modified to move components as per desired motion while the part is modeled against one or more assembly states. Also provided is an interface to manage assembly states that are important for a part design for relating to other parts in the assembly. Such interface lets the user update one or more assembly states and associated features for each state at any time during design cycle.

  • Patent number: 10015744
Abstract: A wireless tunneling system tunnels communications between a first host device and a second host device through a wireless link, while maintaining compliance of the communications between the first and second host devices with a wired communication protocol and operates in a power efficient manner. Two host devices may communicate with each other through a wireless link using the wireless tunneling system, as if two host devices were connected through the wired cable. The wireless tunneling system operates in one of a high power state and one or more low power states. In the high power state, the wireless tunneling system exchanges data at a higher data rate for tunneling. In the low power state, the wireless tunneling system disables power hungry components for conserving power.

  • Publication number: 20170350541
Abstract: A hose includes an innermost tube formed of one or more of synthetic rubbers, fluorine polymers or combinations thereof, and a braided reinforcement layer formed of a first plurality and second plurality of flat yarns. The first plurality and second plurality of flat yarns are disposed in a one-over/one-under braiding pattern adjacent the innermost tube. An optional cover layer may be disposed outwardly adjacent the braided reinforcement layer. An optional tie layer or adhesive coating may in some cases, be disposed between the innermost tube and the braided reinforcement layer. In some other cases, the braided reinforcement layer is directly applied upon the innermost tube. The braided reinforcement layer may be formed of flat yarns containing continuous filaments that have not been twisted or textured, and may be filaments based upon thermoplastic polymers or liquid crystal polymers.
