Abstract: A special adapter assembly is mountable to the opposed sides of a conventional medical examination table, such as an angiographic medical exam table, and the assembly facilitates the attachment of conventional feet receiving stirrups. The assembly includes a pair of side rails along which the stirrups are slidably, adjustably movable to thus permit an expanded use of the medical table for pelvic examinations and the like.
