  • Patent number: 9790071
Abstract: A device for extracting a cork from a bottle. The device leverages an axial and rotational pulling force, and pressurized gas in the interior of the bottle to displace a cork from a bottle. The device provides a helical-shaped lever that axially and rotatably penetrates through the cork to forcibly extract the cork from the bottle neck. The helical-shaped lever has a hollow passageway that is in communication with the interior volume of the bottle. The device further includes a gas cartridge operated by a pressure release button that discharges pressurized gas through the hollow passageway of the helical-shaped lever, and into the bottle. The moment at which helical-shaped lever fully penetrates the cork, tension is removed from helical-shaped lever, releasing a compressed spring to expand. Expansion of spring presses spring against pressure release button; thereby forming tactile feedback and indicating optimal moment to discharge pressurized gas.

  • Patent number: 9027550
Abstract: A method and apparatus is provided to separate Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) utilizing standard whole blood harvesting techniques and separating the solution via centrifugation preparation. A pump is provided to pump PRP/Stem Cell solution from a centrifugation reservoir in to a nebulizer to aerosolize the PRP/Stem Cell solution in the nebulizer with oxygen. A patient will then inhale the aerosolized or vaporized PRP/Stem Cell solution into their respiratory system. Removal of any waste PRP/Stem Cell solution is provided by trapping the PRP/Stem Cells and any other biological matter other in a HEPA filter and allowing exhaled gasses to safely exit the from the Semi-Rebreathing Chamber.

  • Patent number: 8707827
Abstract: A device for extracting a cork from a bottle comprising a generally T-shaped handle mounted on a housing having an upper end and a lower end, a shaft which is operatively connected to handle for axial and rotational movement therewith, the shaft having a hollow passage with an air intake and an air exhausting hole. The shaft depending from the lower end of the housing for griping and penetrating the cork longitudinally thereby presenting the air exhausting hole to the interior of the bottle. A pump configured to push for selectively pumping air from the housing through the shaft into the bottle between the cork and the contents of the bottle such that air in the bottle forces the cork out of the bottle in conjunction with force applied by pulling the T-shaped handle.
