The method further includes adjusting the respective period energy target and the respective processor core throttling state at the beginning of each successive temporal period. The method also includes converging, subject to the adjusting, as each respective temporal period of the plurality of temporal periods is concluded, a total period energy consumption of the processor cores with the interval energy target.

The method further includes, responsive to determining that the digital asset transfer satisfies one or more transfer conditions, executing the digital asset transfer by executing a closed-loop debit from the first user and executing a closed-loop credit to the second user. The method further includes updating the account balance data object to reflect the resulting balances of each digital asset account.

    Abstract: According to certain aspects, a computer-implemented method for operating an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle may be provided. With the customer's permission, an identity of a vehicle operator may be identified and a vehicle operator profile may be retrieved. Operating data regarding autonomous operation features operating the vehicle may be received from vehicle-mounted sensors. When a request to disable an autonomous feature is received, a risk level for the autonomous feature is determined and compared with a driver behavior setting for the autonomous feature stored in the vehicle operator profile. Based upon the risk level comparison, the autonomous vehicle retains control of vehicle or the autonomous feature is disengaged depending upon which is the safer driver—the autonomous vehicle or the vehicle human occupant. As a result, unsafe disengagement of self-driving functionality for autonomous vehicles may be alleviated.

The display subsystem also includes a direct memory access (DMA) engine configured to receive a request from a main processor to deallocate an amount of space from a first allocated portion associated with a first display thread. In response to receiving the request, the DMA engine deallocates the amount of space from the first allocated portion and shifts the allocated portions of at least some of other display threads to maintain contiguity of the allocated portions and concatenate free space at an end of the shared buffer.
