Patent number: 10487880Abstract: A multi-section drive shaft transmission section with threading about an exterior surface, and a spline gear section extending into a clutch assembly with similar threading about a portion of an exterior surface. Between the transmission and the spline sections is a coupling section, with mating surfaces complimentary to respective mating surfaces located on the spline gear and transmission sections. The mating surfaces are designed to let the coupling either slide out of place, or to be removed by sliding the spline gear section further into the pilot bushing. The coupling, spline gear and transmission sections are secured in place with an anodized threaded sleeve. The transmission coupling, and spline gear sections make up a portion of a vehicle drive train. The coupling section can be slidably removed allowing the spline gear section to slide out of the pilot bushing and over a tab or tongue of the transmission section, which enables the clutch assembly to be removed from the drive train.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 2016Date of Patent: November 26, 2019Inventor: Brian Stack

Between the transmission portion and the spline portion is a coupling, with mating surfaces complimentary to respective mating surfaces located on the spline gear and transmission portion. The mating surfaces are designed to let the coupling either slide out of place, or to be removed by sliding the spline gear towards the clutch assembly. The coupling, spline gear and transmission portion are secured in place with an anodized threaded sleeve. The transmission portion, coupling, and spline gear make up a portion of a vehicle drive train. The coupling can be slidably removed allowing the spline gear to slide back from the clutch assembly over a part of the transmission portion, which enables the clutch assembly to be removed from the drive train.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 24, 2016Publication date: March 1, 2018Inventor: Brian Stack

Patent number: 9595051Abstract: Embodiments facilitate confidential and secure sharing of anonymous user profile data to improve the delivery of customized content. Embodiments of the invention provide a data appliance to an entity such as a business to convert profile data about the business's customers into anonymous identifiers. A similar data appliance is provided to a content provider in one embodiment to generate identifiers for its user profile data. Because the anonymous identifiers are generated with the same anonymization method, identical identifiers are likely generated from profile data of the same users. Therefore, the identifiers can be used to anonymously match the customers of the business to the users of the content provider. Therefore, data can be shared to improve customized content such as advertisements that the business wishes to place with the content provider without requiring the business to disclose customer data in an unencrypted form, and any non-matched data can remain confidential.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 2015Date of Patent: March 14, 2017Assignee: Experian Marketing Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Brian Stack, Andrew Lientz, Simon Chamberlain, Yacine Abdous, Ray Kahn

Publication number: 20100094758Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to systems and methods for enabling the matching of third party data with access providers' subscriber data in a privacy compliant manner, and then connecting an internet user to that third party data for use by marketers, content providers, or other interested parties in a manner that protects consumer privacy at all times. In one embodiment, an access provider such as an ISP sends its subscriber data to a double blind processor that generates an encrypted key for each subscriber. The key is then used to find matching consumer data, for example, consumer segments that represent previously collected or modeled consumer attitudinal, habit, or financial data. The key may be forwarded to a real time marketing bureau, which may use the matched data in subsequent real-time or substantially real-time operations to provide consumer or business data to advertisers, content providers, and other interested parties.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 8, 2009Publication date: April 15, 2010Applicant: EXPERIAN MARKETING SOLUTIONS, INC.Inventors: Simon Chamberlain, Andrew Lientz, Brian Stack
