Publication number: 20240156204Abstract: An article of footwear, lacing engine, and method includes a motor, a transmission operatively coupled to the motor, and a lace spool. The lace spool is operatively coupled to the transmission and includes a top lace groove in a top surface of the lace spool and a circumferential channel, wherein the lace is configured to be inserted in the top lace groove and be taken up around the circumferential channel based on a turning of the lace spool from action by the motor and transmission. A fastener is configured to couple the lace spool to the transmission and is inserted into the lace spool via the top surface, the fastener having a head having a head width sufficient to partially cover the top lace groove, leaving a top gap having a gap width less than a thickness of the lace.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2023Publication date: May 16, 2024Inventors: Brian Aznoe, Brendan Donohoe, Andrew Owenson, James Stevenson

Publication number: 20230046298Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for automatic search query refinement. An example method commences with identifying a plurality of electronic sources of data content of an entity stored at different network-accessible locations. The content may be dynamically assigned fields based on criteria specified by the entity. Thereupon, a unified search interface may be provided to authorized users to search the content. A search query subsequently received from a user may be parsed. The method continues with determining, upon the parsing and based on predetermined rules, triggers associated with the search query. In some embodiments, the triggers include search triggers to be used for searching content, filter triggers to be applied for filtering search results, and structural triggers to be used for ranking the search results. The method further includes searching the content based on the triggers to retrieve the search results and providing the search results to the user.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 16, 2022Publication date: February 16, 2023Applicant: Elasticsearch B.V.Inventors: Quinlan J. Patent number: 10804799Abstract: A system may include first and second node, switch, driver, capacitor, and second driver. The first node may be at first voltage. The second node may be at second voltage. The switch may be coupled to the second node and output of the second driver and configured to receive input at third voltage and voltage at fourth voltage and to provide the input to the second node when the fourth voltage is greater than the third voltage. The driver may be coupled to the first and second nodes and configured to receive driver input and to generate intermediate voltage based on the driver input. The capacitor may be coupled to the driver to shift the intermediate voltage. The second driver may be coupled to the second node and the driver and configured to receive second driver input and the shifted intermediate voltage to generate the voltage at the fourth voltage.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 2019Date of Patent: October 13, 2020Assignee: SMART PRONG TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventor: Brian Stevenson

Patent number: 7777587Abstract: The rising edge of a pulse width modulated output signal occurs after an input ramp signal starts to rise. The ramp signal starts to rise after the rising edge of a periodic set signal and before the falling edge of a periodic set signal. A feedback control signal intersects a substantially linear region of the ramp signal to generate a reset signal using a PWM comparator. The periodic set signal and reset signal are input to a latching circuit to generate the pulse width modulated output signal. The minimum pulse width can approach zero while having adequate overdrive to the PWM comparator. Having the rising edge of the reset signal rise before the falling edge of the set signal can allow a zero percent duty cycle without the need for a ramp offset voltage.Type: GrantFiled: August 6, 2008Date of Patent: August 17, 2010Assignee: International Rectifier CorporationInventors: Brian Stevenson, Parviz Parto, Yang Chen
