    Abstract: A wearable cold plasma system includes a wearable cold plasma applicator configured to couple to a surface of a user wearing the wearable cold plasma applicator and configured to generate a cold plasma. The wearable cold plasma applicator is in the form of a cuff having one or more electrodes configured to generate the cold plasma within a cavity of the cuff. The wearable cold plasma system also includes a controller coupled to the wearable cold plasma applicator, and the controller is configured to produce an electrical signal that forms the cold plasma with the wearable cold plasma applicator.
