Abstract: A moisture absorbing device includes a tube which is made of board coated with plastic and which in its longitudinal direction is divided into an upper chamber containing a moisture-absorbing agent and a lower chamber containing a liquid-collecting member and communicating with the upper chamber via a liquid-permeable member. The tube has at least one opening on a level with the upper chamber. A netting element, which has at least one fine-meshed netting portion, is so attached to the inside of the tube that the netting portion is located in front of the opening. The liquid-collecting member includes a liquid-tight container connected to the liquid-permeable member.

Abstract: A device for the orderly removal of elongated objects (1), such as plastic spoons, from a container (2) holding a disarray of such objects has an endless conveyor belt (3) and an endless spoon-shifting belt (7). On its outer side, the conveyor belt (3) has transverse grooves (6) which extend throughout the entire width of the conveyor belt (3) and the width of which slightly exceeds that of the objects (1). The conveyor belt (3) has an upper run (3a) which passes through the container (2) in order, in its transverse grooves (6), to receive and transport objects (1) from the disarray of objects in the container (2). The shifting belt (7) has a lower run the plane of which is parallel to the plane of the upper run (3a) of the conveyor belt (3), and extends obliquely across the conveyor belt throughout a portion of its width.

Abstract: A plastic glue plug has an axially extending bore which opens out at the insertion end of the plug. The bore contains a given quantity of glue which is held sealingly enclosed by a plunger partially inserted to a starting position in the bore. When the plug is pressed into an attachment hole, the plunger is forced to a bottom position in the plug while, at the same time, pressing glue beyond the plunger and out of the plug at the insertion end thereof, this glue being forced onto the mutually abutting surfaces of the plug and the attachment hole.

Abstract: A mould and sealing ring constitutes a mould element in forming a socket end on a pipe consisting of thermoplastic material and seals the space in a pipe joint between the socket end and the spigot end of a pipe introduced into the socket end. The mould and sealing ring comprises an annular sealing portion consisting of elastically yieldable sealing material and a second substantially annular portion for reinforcing the mould and sealing ring consisting of a material which is rigid in relation to said elastically yieldable material and is connected with the elastically yieldable material at a connection surface.

Abstract: Storage device for bodies, which shall be exposed to the environment, such as bodies for the absorption of humidity. The device comprises a perforated support, arranged to carry the body and a container which is arranged to support said support and to form a space under the same. An additional part is provided with an edge portion, from which a perforated, for example dome-shaped, protruding portion projects, adapted to at least substantially accommodate the body, the container having an edge portion, which is arranged to carry the edge portion of the additional part in alternative positions with the protruding part either turned inwards in a storage condition and enclosed in the container or outwards extending from the edge portion of the container in a condition of use.
