Angular adjustment of the device to a desired orientation relative to the seat of the vehicle for the comfort of the operator is provided for.

Means are disclosed to provide for angular adjustment of the device to a desired orientation relative to the seat of the vehicle for the comfort of the operator. Means are disclosed to provide for length adjustment for selectively adjusting a length of the device within a length range of motion for the comfort of the operator.
