Abstract: A hydrogen/oxygen generator comprising: a dry cell electrolyzer, the dry cell electrolyzer configurable to be in communication with a battery; a power supply in communication with the dry cell electrolyzer; the power supply configurable to be in communication with a battery; a pulse width modulator in communication with the power supply; where the current supplied to the dry cell electrolyzer from the power supply is at the resonant frequency of the dry cell electrolyzer.
